Cancellation Policy

Booking Policy Appointments may be scheduled online, by phone, text, or email. A valid name, phone number, email address, and service address are required. Quotes are estimates and may be adjusted if the property's condition, size, or requested services differ from the information provided. Booking confirmation and reminders may be sent by email or text. Cancellation & Rescheduling Cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours before your appointment to avoid fees. Cancellations or rescheduling requests made less than 24 hours before the appointment or no-shows may be charged up to 100% of the scheduled service fee. Commercial clients may be subject to separate contract terms. Arrival & Access Customers are responsible for providing safe and timely access to the property. If we cannot access the property within 15 minutes of arrival, the appointment will be considered a no-show and charged 100% for the service booked. Waitlist Policy Customers may join our waitlist when no appointments are available. Waitlist openings are offered on a first-come, first-served basis. We will contact you by phone, text, and/or email if an opening becomes available. Waitlist offers must be accepted within the timeframe provided or may be offered to another customer. Joining the waitlist does not guarantee an appointment. Recurring Services Weekly, bi-weekly, and monthly clients receive scheduling priority. Repeated cancellations may result in the loss of a reserved recurring time slot. Company Rescheduling We may reschedule appointments due to severe weather, emergencies, staffing shortages, equipment issues, or unsafe conditions. If this occurs, we will notify you promptly and arrange the next available appointment. By booking a service, you acknowledge and agree to these policies.
